Best Western London Heathrow Ariel Hotel

Upon arrival Simran was lovely and helpful, check in easy and quick. Room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed. Breakfast was very good, great selection. Location for bus stops to and from LHR couldn't have been closer. Will definitely consider for my next trip through LHR.

The room was outfitted with everything you need although a bit outdated the cleaning staff do really well keeping it neat and tidy. The only drawback we had was the outside wind noise was horrible, so maybe a sound matching or something to help drown out the noise? We didn’t hear any internal noise like others had mentioned, but just the slightest wind created a buzzing like an Indy track. The breakfast buffet was great but if you can find out when the groups get there, try to get in before or after them. I felt bad for the poor kitchen staff trying to keep up with the large tour groups that piled up their plates like it was their last meal. Not to mention being in line behind them is a test in patience. The desk staff is warm and welcoming and helpful with arranging taxis. The elevator was out when we arrived but if asked the staff will take your luggage up. It was fixed fairly quickly so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Having the Starbucks there was nice. Proximity to the bus stops was easy just know that they can get crowded. If there are any issues at the terminal tunnel everything shuts down so bare that in mind if you can be flexible. The beds and pillows were a bit firm for us but that’s just a preference. We were pleased with the accommodations especially for how reasonably priced it is.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Amazing food and superb Chef. Chef personally comes to meet guests. Excellent location and good rooms. Special thanks to the Director of Sales (Arif) who makes it a point to meet and greet most guests.

Although the hotel is a little dated everything is very clean. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food in the restaurant (had the Taste of India) was 5 stars. So good!!!! Will stay here again as we pass through!

Decided to book a day stay for £58 between 9:00 and 17:00 due to a long layover at Heathrow. This really saved our day with a long nice nap in the surprisingly comfy bed. The check in was easy and the overall experience felt smooth. The rooms are a little worn but given the price it’s totally worth it. Also really easy to take the bus back and forth from Heathrow + really nice with a hot warm bath before the flight!

Our group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. Overall we all are happy with the service and our stay.

I really can't fault the staff and the breakfast was delicious, however the bedroom walls are paper thin it seems and the person in the adjacent room sounded like he was dying his final breaths from his chesty cough. Luckily I had my ear plugs from travelling. The bed was comfortable and an actual bath with the shower so these are plusses. Desk/drawers could be modernised however when one just needs a bed for the night this place was perfect and very well priced for T2 side of Heathrow Airport. I would stay again.

One night stay after a late flight arrival from Heathrow. Clean room reasonable size for my requirements, friendly and helpful reception staff , not not use the restaurant or bar services. Good location Only 5 stops from Heathrow Airport Central bus station
